A brand new emotional, sweeping romance from the bestselling author of One Moment.

The emotion in this novel crept up on me and not a surprise with Becky Hunter’s books, they are an emotional slow burn because that way you cannot help but be invested in the characters lives by the end of it all. So, it’s not a fast-paced romance, and in fact there are themes much heavier than a romantic focus, but there’s a good amount of character chemistry which keeps this side of the book alive. It’s a story-line that has to unfold slowly so the pacing is really appropriate for this – and one to be savoured.

Fans of contemporary romance with a magical realism-esque thread running through it will enjoy this, as I did, the characters are endearing, the story-line intriguing and the underlying past mystery a great hook.
