And though Nell, Meredith, and Lizzy are all going through crises of their own, their mother s illness draws them together to confront old jealousies and secret fears and they discover that blood might be thicker than water after all.
A slow starter but it soon got up speed and the background for the main characters blossomed along with their personalities and lives. I absolutely love Jane Green’s books and this was no exception. This is a book about love, life, loss, family, relationships, drama…you name it, it’s covered in this book (bar psychological thriller!).
