About the Book…
Finding love is easy. Finding yourself is harder.
Kate has always known that Dylan is the love of her life. What she doesn’t know is whether she’s Wife Material.
That belief began at fifteen, courtesy of words from her best friend, Amber, but it’s shaped Kate’s life, always at the back of her mind when browsing Tinder for another casual hook-up, or wondering about her propensity for running away when faced with messy, deep emotions.
Now, twenty years later, Amber has died, and returning home for the funeral means resisting her feelings for Dylan and confronting shame from her past.
Determined to change herself from one-night-stand to lifelong commitment, Kate attempts a radical rebrand: fewer F bombs, no more sleeping around and way more floral dresses.
But as she searches for her movie happy ending, and as Dylan re-emerges in her life, will Kate decide whether becoming ‘good’ means losing herself? Or will she finally accept the truth about who she is, what she wants, and who she chooses to love?
About the Author…
Having whiled away the majority of her secondary education writing fan fiction about Leonardo DiCaprio, Alex Neve left school at sixteen after the first boy she slept with told everyone about it on MSN Messenger. She’s been writing about sex ever since.
