Jennifer Kennedy was born and raised in Liverpool, England. Her love of reading started young and by age ten was immersed in the contrasting worlds of the Brontës and Stephen King. She went on to study English Literature at Manchester Metropolitan University. Drawn to the supernatural and mysterious it was inevitable that she would go on to write gothic fiction.
