In this special one-hour virtual Zoom event, the Authors will be chatting about their latest books, their writing journeys, and what it takes to craft a truly chilling thriller. Known for keeping readers on the edge of their seats, Sam Holland, Chris Carter and Jess Kitching have captivated crime fiction fans around the world — this is your chance to hear from them live.
There will also be an opportunity for audience Q&A via the live chat box if time allows, so bring your questions and settle in for a thrilling night of bookish chat.

Book & Ticket Bundle – this includes both Jess and Chris’s books. The trade special edition of Hide & Seek which will be dispatched around publication day 16th July 2026 and includes a signed bookplate. The trade paperback edition of The Secrets of Strangers will be dispatched around publication day 27th August 2026 and includes a signed bookplate. The cost of the bundle reflects the cost of two postal dispatches. Your ticket will be free.
Chris Carter Book & Ticket Bundle – this includes the trade special edition of Hide & Seek which will be dispatched around publication day 16th July 2026 and includes a signed bookplate. The Location
This event will be held on Zoom. The Zoom link and passcode will be emailed to ticket holders nearer the event (around one week before).
Tickets
When you purchase a ticket you will receive an email receipt. Zoom links and details will follow nearer the time. Please ensure that events@tealeavesandreads.co.uk is added to your trusted senders email list.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, Tea Leaves & Reads will initially transfer tickets to a new date. A refund will be given if an alternative date cannot be found.
