Join us for a special evening with bestselling author Veronica Henry, celebrating the publication of her new novel The Invitation, hosted in the beautiful surroundings of Longstock Park Farm Shop on the Leckford Estate.
Presented by Leckford Estate in Partnership with Tea Leaves & Reads, the evening begins when doors open at 6:30pm, giving you time to settle in, browse, and enjoy something delicious. Sweet treats, hot drinks, and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase before the event begins.
Shortly after 7pm, Veronica Henry will be interviewed by Nikki Moore and they will discuss The Invitation, writing life, and the stories behind Veronica’s much-loved novels. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session, offering the chance to ask your burning questions, and a meet-and-greet where books purchased from Tea Leaves & Reads will be signed and dedicated.
Tickets are £5, or free when purchasing the book/ticket option at £15.99 (The Invitation, RRP £16.99). A small pop-up bookshop will be available with additional titles by Veronica Henry, alongside a selection of bookish gifts, and guests are also welcome to browse the Farm Shop during the evening.

Nikki Moore is a multi-published, award-nominated romance author who writes under several pen names and had commercial success with her novel The Last Charm, writing as Ella Allbright. Owned by a husband, large family and two naughty beagles, she drinks too much coffee, buys far too many books and spends her nights wondering how a sentient village would behave. Nikki’s debut fantasy novel, writing as Bella Brightside, publishes in March 2026.

Tickets
When you purchase a ticket you will receive an email receipt which will include your order number and name – these will be used to confirm entry to the event. Please keep this safe as this is your admission ticket on the day.
Parking & Travel
Available parking on-site is free.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that there may be circumstances beyond our control that mean an Author cannot attend. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, Tea Leaves & Reads will initially transfer tickets to a new date. A refund will be given if an alternative date cannot be found.
